dc.description.abstractThis Bill seeks to amend the Armed Forces Act, Cap A20, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004 to provide for the re-engagement of Senior Officers in the Armed Forces of the Federation compulsorily retired by reason of the appointment by the President of a Chief of Defence Staff or a Service Chief. The purpose of this Bill is to ensure that serving Military Officers learn from the wealth of knowledge and experiences of retired senior military officers compulsorily retired as a result of the appointment of their junior as Chief of Defence Staff or Service Chiefsen_US
