This Bill seeks to amend the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency Act 2007, by introducing a new Section 16A, which provides that all revenue that shall accrue to the Agency, shall be paid into the Federation Account and all expenditure of the Agency shall be appropriated by the National Assembly.
