This Bill seeks to establish the Nigeria Solid Mineral Development Company to receive, manage and invest funds to promote and advance the mining industry. The Company shall encourage economic diversification, and maximize revenue generation in the sector. The Bill repeals the Nigeria Mining Corporation Act No 39 1972.
