Abstract

This Bill seeks to establish the Chartered Institute of Digital Forensics of Nigeria, charged, among other things, with the responsibility of regulating the practice among its members, including qualification, training, skill-set of digital forensics and determining the standard of knowledge and skill required of persons seeking to become members of the Institute.
