Abstract

This Bill seeks to amend the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 in order to make provision for the presentation of the Audited Report of the Previous Year's Expenditures by the President, alongside the laying of the Budget (estimates of the revenues and expenditure) of the Federation for the next financial year.
