A Bill for an Act to Establish the Federal College of Health Technology, Bakassi, Cross River State and for Related Matters

Abstract

This Bill seeks to establish the Federal College of Health Technology Bakassi, Cross Rivers State to ensure access to education in health technology, to provide full-time courses of teaching, instruction and training in health technology; and also make provision for the appointment of a Provost and the officials of the College to carry out the administration of the College.
