This Bill seeks to amend Section 6 of the discrimination Against Persons with Disabilities (Prohibition) Act, 2018 by replacing the word "five" in line 1 of the principal Act with the word "ten". It also prescribes punishment in the nature of a fine or imprisonment, or both fine and imprisonment for contravention or failure to implement or comply with the provision of Section 6 of the Act.
