| dc.description.abstract | This Bill seeks to amend the Federal Colleges of Education Act, Cap. F8, Laws
of the Federation of Nigeria 2004, to Establish Federal College of Health
Sciences and Technology, Gummi, Zamfara State, whose function among
other things shall be to provide full-time courses of instruction and training in
health sciences and technology and other allied areas; and also make provision
for the appointment of a provost and the officials of the college to carry out the
administration of provisions of the bill and the discipline of students of the
