This Bill seeks to amend the Estate Surveyors and Valuers (Registration, etc.) Act, Cap E13 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004, to correct few but significant typographical errors, to broaden the powers of the Board and its Registrar, to include penal provisions for unprofessional conduct, including negligence, and to define the profession, amongst others.
