| dc.description.abstract | This Bill seeks to amend Section 1(2); Section 1(2)(b) and the First Schedule to
the Code of Conduct Bureau and Tribunal Act by:
(i) including a registered member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate
Surveyors and Valuers as one of the nine other members of the Bureau.
(ii) reducing the age of members of the Bureau from fifty to forty; and
(iii) including in the Asset Declaration Form, a column for the
