A Bill for an Act to Establish in all Nigerian Universities and in Every State of the Federation an Institute For Vocational Training and Certification of Various Skills for the Youth in Nigeria and Incorporating the Creative Investment Financing Initiative by the Central Bank of Nigeria to Enable Access to Funding for Setting up Business to Encourage Commercial Investment in the Creative Sector by the Students of the Institute and for Related Matters

Abstract

This Bill seeks to establish and enact, the Nigerian Institute or Centre for Vocational Training and Certification of Skills Act 2023, particularly for the Youth from all the Geographical Zones of Nigeria; and to Incorporate the Creative Investment Financing Initiative by the Central Bank of Nigeria, to enable access to funding for setting up businesses by the graduates, and to encourage Commercial investment in the Creative Sector, discourage the "Jappa" Syndrome and Eliminate or reduce youth unemployment, youth restiveness.
