| dc.description.abstract | This Bill seeks to upgrade Government Technical College, Ilode Ile-Ife to
Federal College of Education (Technical) Ile-Ife, Osun State, whose
function among other things shall be to provide full-time course for
teaching, instruction and training in technology, applied science, commerce,
arts, social sciences, humanities and management and to carry out research
in the development and adaptation of techniques; and also make provision
for the appointment of a Provost and the officials of college to carry out the
