Abstract

This Bill seeks to establish the Federal Teaching Hospital, Birnin-Kebbi, KebbiStateto take over the assets & liabilities including staff of the Federal Medical Center Birnin-Kebbi and to provide the legal frame work for the administration and due management of the Federal Teaching Hospital.
