Abstract

This Bill seeks to address the unique needs of gifted and talented children by providing them with an environment where they can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally and by establishing specialized academies across the nation dedicated to their education and development. It seeks to support and nurture the talents of gifted children, fostering a generation of innovative individuals.
