Abstract

This Bill seeks to establish the National Price Control Commission to coordinate the control of prices of commodities at all levels together with other agencies of government for the purpose of protecting consumers from price gouging, stabilizing prices of commodities, ensuring equitable distribution of goods and services, promoting competition and enhancing national security.
