A Bill for an Act to Establish the Nigerian Real Estate Exchange (Nrex) and for Related Matters

Abstract

The Bill seeks to establish the real Nigeria Estate Exchange which shall be responsible for providing an environment for trading real estate (developed and undeveloped properties) for the promotion of professionalism, transparency, adaptability, efficiency and sustainable development in the real estate industry and the economy as a whole.
