Abstract

This Bill seeks to alter the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 to provide for new interpretational term to define the phrase "public hearing" as legislative and judicial proceedings and to validate virtual hearing as part of it; to leverage on the use of technology to minimize costs and to make judicial and legislative duties in Nigeria conform with global best practices
