dc.description.abstractThis Bill seeks to establish the Nigeria Sports Arbitration Tribunals with the aim of providing a robust and structured platform for the resolution of disputes within the sports federations of Nigeria. The Tribunals, composed of qualified arbitrators, will have the power to arbitrate and make binding decisions on disputes brought before them. The Bill also outlines the jurisdiction, composition, proceedings, and enforcement of decisions by the Tribunals. It further provides for the funding of the Tribunals. This Bill, if enacted, will ensure the fair and efficient resolution of sports-related disputes, thereby promoting transparency, accountability, and development within the sports federations of Nigeria.en_US
