This Bill seeks to alter the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 to provide for the removal of members of the Independent National Electoral Commission and the Resident Electoral Commissioners on the grounds of partisanship and political affiliation; to ensure good conduct of electoral officers and improve the credibility of our elections.
