This Bill seeks to alter the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 (as amended), to provide that, for the purpose of passing an appropriation bill or law, the National Assembly or any State House of Assembly shall require a minimum of two-thirds of the elected members sitting, present, and conducting business on that day.
