This Bill seeks to amend the 1999 Constitution to remove the Land Use Act as a legislation with Constitutional framework and subjecting it to the normal legislative powers of the National Assembly to amend laws, without requiring the rigid procedures applicable to the amendment of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
