government councils in the country by making sure that all monies due them
from the Federation Account are allocated and/or distributed directly to the
respective Local Government Councils Accounts. This is in order to further
give full effect to the recent judgment of the Supreme Court of Nigeria on the
financial independence and autonomy of all Local Government Councils
