Abstract

This Bill seeks to alter the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria Cap C23 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004 to provide a framework that will ensure compliance with the constitutional provisions for the establishment of consolidated revenue fund of the federation or state or any other public fund of the Federation or State.
