Abstract

This Bill seeks to amend the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 to make simple majority the minimum requirement for passing a bill whose assent is declined by the President; to preserve the exerted efforts invested into legislation processes, and to uphold the legislative powers of elected representatives of the Nigerian people.
