A Bill for an Act to Alter the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 (As Amended) to Strengthen Transparency and Compliance to Principle of Federal Character and for Related Matters

Abstract

This bill seeks to strengthen transparency and regulate the issuance of waivers to federal ministries, departments, agencies, parastatals, extra ministerial departments, public companies and corporations.
