This Bill seeks to alter the provisions of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 to provide for appointment of service chiefs of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to prevent conflict with provisions of the Harmonized Terms and Conditions of the Armed Forces of the Federation (HTACOS) 2017 and the Public Service Rules (PSR) 2008.
