A Bill for an Act to Alter the Provisions of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 to Provide for Increment in the Percentage of Revenue Based on Derivative Principle Accruing to the Federation Account Directly from Natural Resources and for Related Matters

Abstract

This Bill seeks to alter the provisions of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 to make provisions for increment from not less than thirteen percent to not less than sixty percent of the revenue accruing to the Federation Account directly from any natural resources based on derivative principle.
