This Bill seeks to amend section 110 (2) to provide stiffer punishment for the offence of the unlawful wearing of the uniform of the armed forces while the second part seeks to amend Section 327 of the Principal Act to decriminalize the offence of attempted suicide to enable people to get care instead of being imprisoned for one year as is currently provided by the Principal Act.
