This Bill seeks to amend the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 (as amended) to create Oke-Ogun State, with Saki as the proposed capital city. The Bill also seeks to create Oke-Ogun State with ten local government areas, namely: Olorunsogo LGA, Irepo LGA, Oorelope LGA, Saki-East LGA, Saki-West LGA, Atisbo LGA, Itesiwaju LGA, Iwajowa LGA, Kajola LGA, and Iseyin LGA.
