A Bill for an Act to Amend the Electoral Act, 2022 to Amongst Other Things, Makes Provision for the Recognition of Special Election Agent Service Providers for Political Parties and for Related Matters

Abstract

This Bill seeks to confer powers on the political parties registered for the purpose of election in Nigeria, to appoint Agents Service providers who shall represent their interest in an election and to make the evidence gathered by such Agents Service providers admissible in Election Tribunals or the Courts as the case may be.
