Abstract

This Bill seeks to amend the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria Act to include a representative of licensed Tour Operators in the composition of the Commission to enhance their participation in decision-making processes. It also seeks to subject NAHCON's agreements with the Saudi government and other stakeholders to legislative scrutiny and approval by the National Assembly to ensure transparency, accountability, and compliance with national interests.
