This Bill seeks to amend the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development Act in order to strengthen the institutional framework. This Bill further seeks to amend the Act in order to introduce harmony and peaceful co-existence amongst the oil and gas producing States of the Federation with regard to the positions of the Chairman and the Executive Secretary.
