F17 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2010 to establish the Federal College
of Health and Sciences, Enewari Bayelsa, State to ensure access to
education in health technology, to provide full-time courses of teaching,
instruction and training in health and sciences; and also make provision for
the appointment of a Rector and the officials of the College to carry out the
