This Bill seeks to amend the Federal Road Safety Commission Act; Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2007, to make provision for the establishment of Road Safety Special Armed Squad and to make corps on the rank of Deputy Corps Marshal enjoy all benefits attached to that grade including retirement benefit.
