A Bill for an Act to Amend the Federal Universities of Technology Act, 1986, cap F23, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004, and Establish Federal University of Technology, Obio-Akpor Local Government Area, Rivers State and for Related Matters

Abstract

This Bill seeks to remove the limit on the number of Federal Universities of Technology in the long title of the Principal Act and to establish the Federal University of Technology, Obio-Akpor in Rivers State to provide full-time courses of teaching, instruction and training in various technology and related disciplines.
