This Bill seeks to amend the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (Establishment, Etc) Act No 16 of 2011 to require the Fund to carry out by itself all assessments and collections of the Education Tax, and to increase the quantum of money for Regular Interventions and to lay all regulations before the National Assembly.
