This Bill seeks to establish National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency for the effective enforcement of standards, Regulations and all national and international agreements, treaties, conventions and protocols on environment to which Nigeria is a signatory. The Act is hereby amended with provision to make the Agency more effective for the prevention and control of atmospheric air pollution.
