This Bill seeks to amend the Principal Act "National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (No. 25), Act, 2003, to among other things, expand membership eligibility criteria and define the powers of the Council with a view to giving effect to the activities of the Institute as it relates to professionalism in marketing practise in Nigeria.
