A Bill for an Act to Amend the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency Act, 2007 and for Related Matters

Abstract

This Bill seeks to amend the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency Act, 2007 to replace 'Marine Transportation' with 'Marine and Blue Economy' in order to clear up any ambiguity as to the Federal Ministry referred to and thus promote the applicability of the NIMASA Act to the Federal Ministry of Marine and Blue Economy.
