This Bill seeks to establish the Federal College of Technical, Entrepreneurship and Vocational Training, Karara, LokojaLGA, Kogi State and to offer courses of instruction, training, research so as to offer opportunities required to compete favourably with technical and entrepreneur savvy graduates and professional individuals in Nigeria in particular and the world at large.
