Abstract

This Bill seeks to establish the Federal Medical Centre Ezza-North Local Government Area, Ebonyi State and to equip, maintain and operate the Medical Centre so as to provide facilities for diagnosis, curative, promotive and rehabilitative services in medical treatment.
