This Bill seeks to establish National Institute for Rice Mill Industry, Gegu Beki,Lokoja LGA, Kogi State in order to help in accelerating technological advancements in farming of Rice in Kogi State for the purpose of contributing to National GDP's , enhancing food security, earn forex from it's exportation and improvement of socio-economic development of Nigeria.
