This Bill seeks to establish National Research Institute of Cassava Bio-Ethanol Value Chain Plant in order to promote the production of cassava in order to have profound impact through agricultural research technology and plant in order to enhance better inputs, streamline operations and increase cassava productivity in large scale for the purpose of ethanol production for national development.
