This Bill provides for the issuing out of the Statutory Revenue Fund of the Federal Capital Territory, the sum of =N=1,147,780,610,283.00 only, out of which =N=140,915,003,856.00 is for Personnel Costs and =N=280,527,373,668.00 is for Overhead Costs while the balance of =N=726,338,232,759.00 is for Capital Expenditure.
