Abstract

This Bill seeks to establish Federal College of Nursing and Midwifery Maiha, Adamawa State to educate and train highly skilled nurses and midwives to meet the national healthcare demands, to provide accessible and standardized nursing and midwifery education programs, to promote research and innovation in nursing and midwifery practices, to foster collaboration with healthcare institutions, to enhance clinical training experiences, and to address critical shortages in the nursing and midwifery workforce.
