Abstract

This Bill seeks to establish the National Anti-Kidnapping Execution Agency responsible for Coordinating and Regulating all forms of kidnapping operational activities ravaging the citizens with pains and agony including the trauma victims go through from their abductors in disregard of government core mandate of protection of lives and properties which require the engagement of the officers of the agency to apprehend kidnapping activities and executing them with open burning fire alive publicly in Nigeria.
