This Bill seeks to enact the law for the establishment of the National Commission for Amnesty, Rehabilitation and Reintegration Act, to provide a legislative framework for the purpose of coordination, regulation and overseeing all matters related to amnesty and post-amnesty programmes of government targeted at former violent non-state actors in Nigeria.
