Abstract

This Bill seeks to establish the Federal College of Nursing and Midwifery Kafin Malamai, Garko, Kano State, to provide training and research in nursing, midwifery and other specialties of nursing leading to the award of professional certificates, diplomas, degrees and other post basic certificate and to make provision for the general administration of the College.
