A Bill for an Act to Establish the Industrial Arbitration Tribunal for the Resolution of Industrial Disputes in Nigeria; and for Related Matters

Abstract

This Bill seeks to establish an Industrial Arbitration Tribunal to provide for the resolution of industrial disputes and trade disputes in Nigeria. It also seeks to repeal some sections of the Trade Disputes Act in order to establish a full fledged tribunal with expanded jurisdiction to address industrial and trade disputes effectively.
