Abstract

This Bill seeks to establish the National Youth Improvement Management Commission, to be saddled with the responsibility of coordinating and regulating all forms of Youth Improvement through the Government Budgetary Allocation including local and foreign donations to help improve the effort of the youth for self-dependent especially giving the youth the opportunity to access the funds, as to engage themselves through fashion and designing or tailoring, shoe making, furniture making, interior decoration, poultry farm, fishery farming, waste management control operations.
